This serves as an agreement. (this “Agreement”) is made effective between Katies Kustom Events, LLC (“KKE”) and Client (the “Client”) as of the date of initial deposit by the Client and states the agreement of the parties as follows:

Tea Party Delivery and Set Up:

Unless otherwise stated, delivery, set up, styling, collection, and general laundering/sanitizing by KKE are included in the party cost. Prices include delivery to locations within Clarksville, TN. If located outside of Clarksville, there is no delivery fee up to 10 miles (one way) from Clarksville, TN 37042. Locations further than this will incur a $1.00 per mile for round-trip delivery and return.

Pets & Smoke-Free Requirements:

We require NO pets in or directly around the party setup area. All parties MUST be set up in a smoke-free environment. We reserve the right to charge a $50.00 Cleaning Fee as well as the surrender of any deposit if the event accessories are soiled with the smell of smoke.

Client Responsibility:

The Client is responsible for coordinating and/or providing a clean and clear area in which the event equipment will be set up. KKE will not move furniture or set up equipment in a potentially hazardous area. Failure to provide sufficient space may result in cancellation of part or all of the event.

Immediately following set up, you will review the presence and condition of the event equipment. The Client is responsible for the security of the event equipment at all times during the event. The Client is responsible for communicating any damaged and/or defected items that occur during the event. Children must be supervised by an adult during the event to prevent maltreatment or destruction of equipment. The event equipment and accessories are not to be moved to another location.

While we understand accidents can happen, you may be held responsible for any damage to any of Katies Kustom Events, LLC property. Any food, drink or other stains on the event equipment and accessories may incur a cleaning fee. Failure to follow through on client responsibilities may result in an additional billing to include recoupment of any damages/losses to event equipment.

Damages:

The Client is responsible for damages to the property of Katies Kustom Events, LLC from that of the hiring client and/or guests. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Katies Kustom Events, LLC will result in assessment of charges to the Client. Any lost, damaged, or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value.

Tent $75

Fabric covering tent $40

Table $50

Throw blanket $10

Throw pillow $10

Accessories Vary $5-15 each

Cancellation and Refunds:

The following applies to any cancellation made for any reason by the Client. Any party fee already paid will be 100% refunded only if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the reserved date. For cancellations between 13 and 8 days prior to the party, any funds paid to-date can either be (1) applied to the cost of another party if held within 90 days or (2) refunded at 50%. No refund or future credit will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the party. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find an opening in our schedule.

Katies Kustom Events, LLC reserves the right to cancel any party for any reason we feel that would affect the safety of our staff, themed party inventory, and/or conflicts that arise with the hiring clients. In the occurrence that Katies Kustom Events, LLC must cancel the reservation for any reason prior to set up arrival, any funds paid by the client will be 100% refunded. Refunds will not be provided if KKE must cancel the reservation upon arrival due to, but not limited to, the presence of smoke, hazardous party area, or insufficient space.
